Chief Executive Officer
A veteran oilfield services executive with 35+ years of global leadership in upstream operations and service delivery. He spent over two decades with Schlumberger (SLB), culminating as Libya Managing Director, where he managed a large, complex country portfolio—overseeing field operations, commercial performance, and safety excellence in challenging geopolitical conditions. He also led international operational and digital transformation programs from Houston, driving efficiency and innovation across multiple business units. Nabil holds a B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Tripoli.
Hassan Ghanduri
Chief Operating Officer
A Chartered Petroleum Engineer with an MBA and over 30 years of international experience leading large-scale upstream operations and field development. Hassan held senior positions with TOTAL E&P, Chevron, and Schlumberger (slb), managing operations across the UK North Sea, deepwater West Africa, the Falkland Islands frontier basin, and MENA. His expertise spans greenfield and brownfield project delivery, asset integrity, production optimization, and commercial management of major contracts and tenders. He holds an MBA in Oil & Gas from Robert Gordon University, a BSc in Petroleum Engineering, and Professional Membership of the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining.

with over 40 years of experience in upstream oil and gas field development. He has held senior technical leadership roles overseeing reservoir engineering, drilling and completion, production optimization, and integrated field development planning.
He brings extensive expertise across petrotechnical disciplines and has led multidisciplinary teams in the appraisal and development of mature and marginal fields. At Shula Energy, he is responsible for technical strategy, reserves management, and execution of all petrotechnical activities in support of the company’s growth objectives.

With over 25 years of experience in oil and gas finance and controllership. He has held senior leadership roles within international E&P and oilfield service companies, overseeing upstream project finance, joint venture accounting, and production sharing agreement frameworks.
He brings extensive expertise in capital structuring, budgeting, treasury management, and financial governance, supporting disciplined growth and strong investor relationships. At Shula Energy, he leads the company’s financial strategy, funding initiatives, and governance framework in support of its marginal field development objectives.
