Nabil Azouz
Chief Executive Officer
A seasoned energy executive with over 35 years of global leadership across oil & gas and technology. Nabil spent over two decades with Schlumberger (slb), culminating as Libya Managing Director, where he led a $200M country portfolio through significant geopolitical complexity — achieving dominant market share and world-class safety performance. He also led global digital and operational transformation programs from Schlumberger’s Houston headquarters across multiple international business units. Earlier roles with Intel, Microsoft, and in the UAE private sector give him a distinctive perspective bridging energy operations with technology-driven innovation. He holds a BSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Tripoli.
Hassan Ghanduri
Chief Operating Officer
A Chartered Petroleum Engineer with an MBA and over 30 years of international experience leading large-scale upstream operations and field development. Hassan held senior positions with TOTAL E&P, Chevron, and Schlumberger (slb), managing operations across the UK North Sea, deepwater West Africa, the Falkland Islands frontier basin, and MENA. His expertise spans greenfield and brownfield project delivery, asset integrity, production optimization, and commercial management of major contracts and tenders. He holds an MBA in Oil & Gas from Robert Gordon University, a BSc in Petroleum Engineering, and Professional Membership of the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining.
