Shula Energy is a Libyan oil and gas field development startup established in 2023 by a group of experienced professionals with more than 75 years of combined experience across upstream operations, midstream activities, and oilfield services. The company was formed in response to the National Oil Corporation’s initiative to open marginal and under-developed oil and gas fields to capable local companies.
